About
I am a Accredited BACP Counsellor and Psychotherapist with over 15 years experience.
Counselling can help you to rediscover yourself in any situation allowing you to explore what and who you are in a safe, confidential space. The counsellor is not there to judge you, they are there to help you to develop and grow with the use of compassion and empathy and will challenge you where necessary to explore your thoughts, so you can find your inner peace and reach your full potential. With the use of an integrative and an eclectic approach and your willingness to commit to a therapeutic relationship, I can help you achieve your goals and visions and help you to Be U.
Counselling Approach
In counselling I take an integrative approach as I believe every person is different and what works for one person may not work for another. Therefore I like to use skills from CBT, Solution Focused Therapy, Gestalt and Humanistic counselling to assist Person Centred care. I am a registered member of the BACP and abide by their ethical framework
