Hello, I’m Amar, a Clinical Psychotherapist and CBT Practitioner.
I am trained in and offer NLP, life coaching, and bereavement counselling, and I also offer specialist Couples Therapy. I also am a qualified Relationship Mediation Practitioner who can support couples in a more focused approach.

The way in which work is with a person-centred approach. The client's needs come first, I listen and work with you at a comfortable pace for you. For me, the relationship I hold with my clients is all important. Consequently, the establishment and maintenance of trust, honesty and confidentiality are essential to the effectiveness of these relationships.
