I am an experienced Counsellor/therapist//mental health professional with over 20 years' experience. I can offer you a safe, confidential and non judgemental space to talk about your thoughts and feelings. I work in a collaborative and empathic way to help my clients identify areas of their lives that are causing them distress and agree areas they wish to address through counselling/therapy. In turn, I will work utilise a range of skilled interventions.
I also offer supervision for trainees and accredited Counsellors/Psychotherapists

I have a Diploma in Counselling, TA, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT & PG Cert) (IOP, Uni. of London), RN (Mental Health and General Nursing), EMDR Practitioner Certificate.
