Whether you know what it is that is troubling you or not, you can benefit from professional support.
My journey as a therapist started in the voluntary sector, in a well-established organisation providing support for people suffering suicidal thoughts and general unhappiness. Working in different settings is stimulating and rewarding. I am very committed to continuing education so that I can provide a rounded therapy treatment and use the most useful therapeutic tools available.
I have long experience in working with clients who suffer anxiety, depression, health anxiety, issues with anger, confidence/imposter syndrome. I welcome clients from any background and encourage you to work with a professional you feel comfortable with and whom you feel you can trust. This is the most important part of choosing a therapist.
My formal qualifications are: Master of Science in Psychodynamic Counselling. Post-Qualifying Certificate in CBT Skills.
I have 20 years of experience and work in both private practice and in the NHS.
I am interested in, and am experienced, in body work, and provide meditation sessions.
