I’m Ailis know to all as Ali, I’m professional and experienced Humanistic Counsellor and Psychotherapist. I work with adults and adolescents. I am a registered Member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (MBACP); I work in accordance with their code of ethics and practice. Taking the first step can be daunting, but I am a warm caring person and offer compassion support to my clients, my aim as a counsellor is to be alongside you throughout your counselling journey. As a Humanistic Counsellor I work integratively to provide the support best suited to you. Emotional difficulties can often leave us feeling confused, conflicted, lonely and lost. I offer all my clients empathic understanding and unconditional positive regard. Counselling can help you move forward with hope and confidence. You don’t have to be on your own.
