I am a UKCP Registered Psychotherapist and Counsellor with over 15 years of experience in the field. I have been working in private practice in Central London and City of London, and providing counselling and psychotherapy to individuals and couples from diverse backgrounds. My aim is to support clients going through change and transition in their life to find a greater meaning and fulfilment personally and professionally. I work with relationships difficulty, career related problems, anxiety and stress, depression, PTSD, family issues, bereavement and loss, childhood trauma, self confidence and self esteem, life crisis and transitions, and addictive patterns.

Shorter therapy sessions of 30 minutes are also offered for individual clients wanting phone or online sessions and not wishing to commit to 50-60 minute sessions

I apply an integrative approach to therapy and respond to uniqueness of each person and their needs. I work with theories and models of psychosynthesis, psychodynamic, transpersonal, systemic, CBT and mindfulness.

Alongside my private practice, I have experience in health projects, business and academic organisations as a Consultant Therapist, Course Tutor, Visiting Tutor, Training Therapist and Supervisor.

People, who seek therapy want to get well and make a difference in their life and work. Therapy can offer professional support and guidance to attend to emotional distress, dilemmas and choices. Choosing to solve your difficulties can be challenging and decision to seek a professional therapist is important. I view therapy as an individual process and a journey of self discovery that creates an opportunity to become aware of inner conflicts and unhelpful patterns of behaviour. In this context difficulty are connected to a healthy emerging potential for growth and transformation to create a positive change, improve well being and enrich relationships with others.
