Audrey has completed a Master in Cognitive Behaviour Therapy during my course of studies subjects included Fundamentals of Cognitive Behavioural Approaches, Cognitive and Behavioural Approaches in Therapeutic Interventions, Advanced Cognitive Behavioural Skills, Innovations in CBT practices, Understanding Psychopathology, Evidence Based Practice and Research, Research Methods and Design, Elective module (Mindfulness), Practicum, Dissertation. Prior to this Audrey has completed a MA in Sociology (Youth, Community and Social Regeneration) in 2015. In 2012 I completed BA Hons 2012. In 2004 Audrey has completed a Certificate in Personnel Practices. Gottman Level I and II Couple Counselling, Safe talk and Understanding Self harm in 2018. Child first, LGBT awareness training, working therapeutically with people with eating disorders, complex PTSD clinical workshop. Audrey is a registered member of APCP MBR10811, BABCP 00001006484

Audrey has gained experience working in a residential addiction centre Cuan Mhuire Bruree Addiction Centre, In Familes, working with men who are going through separations and divorces, Cantalk Mallow working with people who are going through bereavements and loss from Cancer. Audrey has worked as a psychotherapist in Mymind counselling and psychotherapy service, Newlife counselling and psychotherapy, EAP affilitate and Case Manager with Spectrum Life. During the course of time Audrey has gained a vast amount knowledge in dealing with clients who are currently suffering from Addiction issues, anxiety, bereavement, body image, bullying and harassment, coping skills, couples counselling, depression, divorce, family relationships, feeling overwhelmed and helpless, grieving, isolation, issues of confidence and self esteem, panic attacks, relationships issues, trauma, unable to talk to family and friends, work related issues. Audrey aims to meet, respect and support the client while acknowledging and exploring whatever may arise during a session and work through the issue in a non judgmental safe therapeutic space.
