For many years I have worked in both charitable settings and the NHS supporting people who feel they aren’t where they would like to be in life or aren’t who they would like to be.

This may be due to unresolved issues, a trauma, a crisis or just everyday life playing its part. We all got to this moment in time by a different route, with different events, interactions and people having an impact.

The route may have been a positive one or it may have been a difficult one but I believe we should all have the opportunity to discover the best and most hopeful way forward for ourselves and our futures.

I am fascinated by what brings us to this point in time and work integrating techniques to support in a way which is tailored to you and your needs. This may be looking at your past experiences, the here and now and your ways of thinking and being. Most importantly, I will provide a non – judgemental and safe environment for you to explore your needs in a trusted relationship.

I work both short and long term and the core way I work is with a client centred approach. I also offer solution focused therapy and CBT techniques where useful.
I work in a way which suits you.

Further to this I also specialise in; abuse and trauma, work/occupational stress/issues, burnout, cancer/terminal illness/end of life and the systems we live/work in.

I am very happy to take enquiries if you would like to find out more about how we could work together.
