Hi my name is Marika,
I came into counselling after many years of trying to understand people, within my family, my Church and my work place. I am now passionate about helping people lead fulfilled, happier, healthier lives. In the past I worked for an agency specializing in abuse, but I have also successfully helped people with a wide variety of problems. I can provide a safe, relaxing place in which the work is lead by you the client. My aim is to help you develop a new self awareness from which you can gain the confidence and strength to lead a more fulfilled life. Depression
