I am a CBT Therapist who specializes in a form of CBT called Rational Emotive Behavioural Therapy, I also have training in Mindfulness, CT Therapy and ACT.
I specialise in working with clients with anxiety problems such as GAD, OCD, Social anxiety and Performance anxiety.
I believe that one of the reasons why I am effective with working with anxious clients is that for a large part of my life I suffered with GAD before learning to control it with CBT.
This has helped me have a real understanding of what my clients are going though when they come to me.
I also work with any other emotional problem such as depression, anger, jealousy, envy and guilt
I have a office in Baker st in central London and Twickenham in West London.
I work aound you, this means I am availble in the evenings and on the weekends. A lot of my work is done via skype and on the telephone which allows you to have therapy from the comfort of your own home.
