Extensive CPD for working with children, teenagers, and adults both in a private practice and on school grounds.

I am a trained, qualified and accredited member of the BACP,

I finished my training in 2007, then became qualified in 2010 and since then
I have worked as a school counsellor with Renew Counselling in Essex (2009-2019),
Integrative counsellor volunteer at Nightingale community hospice (2007-2009)
Integrative counsellor volunteer for Enfield College
Art and play therapist based counsellor for Place2be (2007-2008)
School counsellor for Raglan Primary school from 2014 to now
I run my own private practice in Enfield, North London working with adults in the evenings and weekends and with children and young adults during the day.
I am based in a primary school 3 days a week where I work as a school counsellor.
Since 2014, I have been working with Enfield Council and now with the regionalised service as a specialist therapist working with children and teenagers who have been adopted, LAC or in Special guardianship providing therapeutic support for them and also therapeutic parents skills sessions for their parents/carers.

I have more than 9500 client hours experience, working with issues such as ASD and ADHD, bereavement, behavioural issues, low self esteem, friendship issues, separation, anger, low self image, divorce, etc.

I offer face2face therapy and I also offer online therapy (Skype, FaceTime and/or Zoom) for adults, teens and children.

You are not alone!
I can offer you a therapeutic, creative and safe space for you to think, reflect and talk. I genuinely believe that anyone can change and become the person they were meant to be; even with all the obstacles that life throws at us, together we can learn and find creative and positive ways to remove them so we can find your path again.

My biggest success in practise is to show my clients how I (and others) can really SEE them for how they ARE and not for how THEY think they are, as generally their OWN critical voice and internal supervisor is THEIR worst enemy, and once they learn how to treat themselves as they will treat their best FRIEND (or better) they will start attracting good things and people again.
