I run a practice which puts the needs of the client(s) first, I am a member of the BACP & follow the ethical framework for good practise in counselling. All counselling and supervision sessions are confidential, with the exception of information which may indicate harm to yourself or others. I undergo regular clinical supervision with a qualified experiences supervisor. I have a full DBS and over twenty years of working with numerous people of all ages.
My integrative humanistic therapy emphasises the study of the whole person, where behaviour is looked at not only through how you interpret it but also by how I would.
I believe that it is your inner feelings & emotions that are expressed subconsciously through your behaviours, by using this framework, I aim to use this positive approach to offer a different perspective on why different actions hold different meaning that you may or may not be aware of. Things that are difficult on one level may be recognised as similar on another. My aim is to guide my clients through the process of finding ones true self.
