Neurographic Art provides you with direct access to your inner self as the drawings are reflections of our subconscious mind. It can be broken down to neuro (brain) and graphic (image) and uses neural pathways to improve mindset and mental health. You don’t have to be artistically inclined for this therapy to be helpful. Many find the drawing process relaxing and therapetuic.
